Keys are the same. It's the depth of the keyway that is different.You say the keyway depth is too shallow in one of them, is it that the key is higher in one shaft that the other or is it the actual keyways?
If the former then mill the key down. If it is the latter then it may still be possible to mill the key down, depends on how much will be left.
Possible but not sure if it will shear.Would it be possible to reduce the height of the key or get a replacement and take it down by 2mm?
