If the Gap bed piece is missing -- walk away. If you get lots of goodies, £250 maximum, this is a very old and very heavy lathe that will have seen a lot of life and probably has a very big sized and very powerfull 3 phase motor on it. At least 5Hp maybe 71/2 Hp and at least two ton. can you move it and then have you enough electric??

I operated one those Lang lathes at Parsons in the late 60s, they were quite a capable machine. The popular Harrisons weigh that much 3/4 Ton ---- and they are not a match to this amount of cast metal, the two bolt holes in the beds look like fixing holes--- possibly for a gap piece to be secured to.
If it is a 0152 then its quoted at being 48 Cwt or 2438 Lbs with a 71/2 Hp motor, if its the smaller 0151 then it comes in at a mere 28Cwt. with a 5Hp motor
I was in Parsons in the late 60s and early 70s with my next door neighbour, now big machines you aint seen nothing till you went into the machine shop, I also did some maintenace in the Turbine blade shop, probaly late 90s early turn of the century, CNC stuff, fascinating, 8 head machines, or to us 8 blades at once, the fire brigade couldnt have pumped coolant any quicker or with more volume.
