If no one it a faliure then logic would dictate that no one's a winner.
Or everyone's a looser
That policy boils my urineI don't decide the National Curriculum, but seems that's the approach nowadays, especially in sport for example.
Defies logic.![]()
clamped on the faceplate in lathe ??I've spent 8 hours working out how to mount and bore the conrod for my compressor rebuild. That's been fun, but I think I can see the light ateott![]()
Nope. The small end was so badly mashed I couldn't see a way to centre it correctly. I did find a way, though.
They weren't teaching the alphabet as aaah, buuh, cuh, duh in the '80's.
I was taught ITA in Stafford in the early 70's and in my opinion it is child abuse. Spending two years being taught how to read/write/spell only to be told it's pony-poop and you have to relearn everything again.Google "ITA method" - it was used in schools in Dorset where I was born . . . roll on 1978 and we moved north to West Yorks where it wasn't used . . . one confused 8 yr old. Took me until around 1982/3 to get me head around "normal" English.
