I don’t mind Gary Davies but he’s only doing that slot until Vernon Kay comes in and he gets annoyingly boring after a week. The Ten to the Top is mediocre and not a patch on Pop Master.
I've already got DAB sorted in the car in preparation for Ken on Greatest Hits Radio. I think like many others I’ll give up on Radio 2 as like many others I don’t tend to flip between radio stations like you do with a TV.

I used to listen to radio 1
Now I can’t stand it, the same songs on repeat and talentless children hosting the show
You get to a point as you get a bit older you drift from the station you used to love

We have radio 2 on at work.Its been c**p for years though it might get better with younger people on it, just need to get rid of jeremy vine.I'm to young at 50 for all the dignitas stations so bought myself some ear phones and now started to listen to spotify, means I never get to listen to lizzo, pink or lewis capaldi again so even more benefits.
Now that R2 is, well, excrement, there are no stations for me any more. I don’t like any of the advert funded ones due to the sheer amount of ads. R1 I don’t recognise any more but R3 and 4 were never to my taste.
I did tend to think it was me but it seems I am not alone. I grew up on R1 with Simon Bates, Gary Davies, John Peel, Janice Long and Steve Wright. I sort of moved to R2 when Wrighty moved, watched all my favourite presenters retire (or die) and ended up finding a radio to be irrelevant to me.
Shame really. Oh, is that awful Feltz creature still on the early show? Another reason I stopped listening on the morning commute.

Depending on how you listen, some of the internet radio stations can be good.
Try https://www.internet-radio.com/ as a jumping off point and pick your genre.
XRDS.fm is good if you miss Paul Jones.
