Got my front spacers made tonight to centralise the wheel. Made up a 30 x 4.25 x 15 ID alloy washer for one side and turned 4.25mm off the ER-5 original steel spacer. If I need to go back to the alloys for any reason I could just double up the 2 to get the original back to its original thickness.
Slow n steady wins the race. I’m made up!
I can remove the rim and swap out for the new wider powder coated one once arrives home.
