Be better for the Guardanisters , Yappers & Yorpers to bitch about the extra sixteen million immigrants plus the normal population growth & increasing industrial activity using a water facility that was basically planned & implemented 150 yrs ago . None of them nor their ancestors wanted to pay a penny more when they were nationalised to keep the systems in good order ahead of the curve of needs ,run off and waste water disposal . They just play the bleating blame game in a closed door echo chamber.
