Hello bought this off the tame scrappy today
Is it cool or have I wasted my £25

stick a lampholder and flex on it shot some oil over it and the price would have doubled see em all; the time rusty and oiled up at autojumbles

It does look 'like' a Peter Wright
But, all the PW's I have seen like that have a ball shape where the handle runs through.
They also have "Peter Wright" cast into them fairly prominently.

Either way, Advertise it as "antique english vice" and the yanks will pay top money for it.
Although they are also buying modern european cnc vices for silly money at the moment so they are probably easier to source if you have a good way to ship them over!
