Is there a house-friendly soft door closer?

My pet hate, whether in homes, hotels, shops, or on ships: people who slam doors.

Thanks for the suggestions, folks. I should have been clearer with the original question, which wasn't so much an auto-closer (the doors will be left open for various reasons) but a soft-closer.

There's a couple of good suggestions there - think I'll start with the little rubber feet and see if they do it, then might graduate to the pistons that would mount into the door frame.

I have a couple of doors like that, have thought about trying some of these to dull the slam out a bit.

Bought these, and job's a good 'un for now. Not soft closing but at least they don't rattle now

I recently fitted four new doors downstairs and did such a good job that they swing perfectly, until they slam into the jamb

If it was an office I'd fit some of these:

But these are far too ugly to fit in the house.

Then I thought of these but I doubt they are heavy duty enough for a heavy door, being intended for drawers / cabinet doors:

Is there anything similar to these that would work for a ~30KG door?

If this closure is like the ones I've installed overseas, then there should be an allen wrench included for the bleed screws on the end of the closure for speed and closing adjustment.

They work well but the door will still close with force
