Tried calling them but on the numbers I foundCall them to check if your application has arrived, also as said the car must have a valid mot when the new tax is due to start
1) the options don't actually list the issue I wanted but after guessing I found it
2) once I thought I had the right option, it was just a message telling me what I already knew and hung up. Not sure you can actually speak to a real human being these days





Another go through trying to get my GP to fill it in but got everything returned to the DVLA. Then nothing! By June I was starting to panic as my license was due to expire.
Any e-mails to the customer services were not getting answered at all so in desperation I sent a 'strong' e-mail to the guy I had been dealing with last year.
Got a reply saying things were delayed due to covid & not to worry as I was still covered to drive. Funnily enough my new license arrived in a few days! 
You're going to need a hell of a lot of punters at tuppence a go .
