As per post #8.... tonight is a Full Moon, the first time I have monitored one wrt sleep. However, not had too bad a week so far, I'll see what tonight brings .

Yeah, when I say not 'too bad a week', that means getting to sleep by 7 or 8am. A bad week is much later than that!

Just recently I’m having a bit of trouble sleeping, so I’ve been reading the forum at times, through the “wee small hours” and I’m surprised at the number of other people who post late into the night. Is there a group of members who can’t sleep or shift workers who operate a different timetable?

Around 4-5 hours sleep per night was worse in my last job
