Inner tube patches ?

I used to get cure c cure patches from the local bike shop, reliable and assorted sizes with nice feathered edges for a good seal.

B Here we go , picked a kit up from home baragains , £1.50 ish , not quite sure the tyre levers are up too it tho
The patch I put on was the rectangular one ....
Had to weld up a patch on the wheel where the valve pokes thru as it it was a ragged rusty Orrifice

Top tip when repairing tubes in snotty old ag tyres, always index/chalk the tyre where the valve is so you can reference the tube patch to the tyre, it helps the search for whatever stabbed it in the first place.

I always line the tyre and valve so the first letter of the makers name is inline with the valve for that very reason.
You gotta find the pointy thing.

On my bike tyres I mark the position of the valve on the tyre with that yellow crayon in the puncture outfit. Then if I have to mend a flat when I’m out I can easily work out where the thorn or whatever is in the tyre. The crayon stays on the tyre for ages & is easy to redo if needed. I keep it marked as if you get a flat when it’s wet you can’t mark it
