Right mate, took the switch out of mine and metered it, as you can see it has even numbered outputs 2,4,6,8,10,12 with all the odd numbered inputs linked together on thr other side, so here is how the outputs correspond to the power selector number.

    Power / output
    Selector / Number
    1. 2
    2. 6
    3. 10
    4 12
    5. 4
    6 8

Hi guys, many thanks to all that have contributed to this topic. After getting a Euro Mig 200 and finding it was stuck on 6 for heat I figured how hard can it be to fix a switch. Well after the Cam popped out my can of worms was officially open and after contacting welding repair places things looked grim until following wacky7791 output guide. Welder is all sorted now I can start my exhaust system.

    Many thanks

Hi there Guys. Are you still there?
I have a Uni Mig 200, similar to the units I see here with a different colour scheme.
My unit is going ok but when I stop welding the wire feeds out about half inch to much. Is there a way of adjusting this? I probably need to replace a resister somewhere.

    Any ideas.
