The top two set the Arc OK settings top one is low side and second one is high side, if using the 10:1 divider set for something like 5 Volts and 12 Volts so the unit says the arc is OK between 50 and 120 Volts (This is for a typcal Cut 40/50 which has a typical arc of 96 to 100 Volts.
The third one down is set for 9.6 or 10 Volts again for Cut40/50 to give 96 or 100 Volts and the fixed resistor gives a dead zone of around 1.5 to 2 Volts, the larger the resistor the larger the dead zone, you could swap the fixed resistor for a 5K linier pot so you can vary it, the small 10K trimmer could also be changed for a larger 10K pot, that is virtually what I did with a addition of a few fixed resistors in my mk2 version.
I do have a back-up of 99% of the information and maybe at some time it will re-appear, but I will need to find a different web host as I had been using the same one for many years, which included the domain name, email system, mail forwarding etc. and cost me around 150 dollars a year, it was good in that the company I used allowed me to have multiple sub domains at no extra cost but unfortunately this was also my downfall as one was linked to my home IP address which was a static IP at the time, they could tie in my IP address with an email account, with a domain name and a Youtube account. The attacks on the home router shot through the roof and I received some vile emails.
