1, Me too.
2, wrong, you can drive a combination of up to 3500kg. So you could have say a 2000kg car & a 1500kg trailer. Or if you can find a car maker that will allow it a 1000kg car & 2500kg trailer.
3, most caravans with the right car still dont need a trailer licence.
I know about the combo of 3500kg, but its still a fanny on, if you have a 4x4 to pull a trailer, its weight plus the trailers weight, then you cant put alot on the trailer.
I never see many small caravans around here, just big twin axled ones, which by the time you load it up, your propably over weight.
I wanted to start delivery cars with a 4x4 and a trailer for a living, but when you start looking into the laws, its not worth the hassel
