I'd go for the ones in the 2nd advert, they look to be a good size and shape.
I'm sure they would do the job very nicely but they might need some tweaking.

I just make my own castors, slice of pipe, plate welded in and piece of ss pipe in centre bored true on lathe when finished. Easier to bore your castors and press a piece of ss pipe in though.
Edit, sorry, wasn't thinking of the swivels.

A bigger sledge wouldn’t go amiss? I have an old-man sized sledge these days. 7 lb used to be the regular size and 14 lb for the heavier jobs.
These days, I think I might just machine up a couple of wedge shaped washers - less energy expenditure required.

What is wrong with them? The swivel part or the axle? The axle can be bushed.
You would have to find something of the exact same dimensions in order not to change the geometry. If they are not available, it might be best to hold off straightening the brackets until the new castors come as the new ones might require the mounting brackets to be altered completely.
The swivel part is very sloppy. Usable, but all adds to the wrong angles and makes moving over anything not perfectly smooth difficult.
An update:
About 3 or 4 swift hits with my "dental grade" 7lbs hammer and the supports were straightened. Easy job. Much too easy really. I will weld some additional bracing on when I make a decision about the castors.
Regarding the size of my hammer, it may give comfort to some of you it's not the size of the tool that counts, it's the way it is used.
