i went and looked at one for someone, tested it out as it was tripping the breaker and told him that it was the element in a pipe that coul;d be replaced but i wasnt interested in fixing it even if he got the partsA neighbour of mine has about half a dozen hot tubs (several makes) with his letting properties - endless problems, broken pump impellors, blown capacitors, burnt out motors, heating elements & control units. They are horrible to work on with pipes & cables buried in expanding foam. He was pricing a replacement controller for one last week, £700+.
If you do go for one best try and get some sound recommendations.
