Here is the extremely rough and ready one I made for a specific job of bending right angles in some 8mm diameter stainless bar to form rectangular frames for bag net doors.
I was planning to just use this as a proof of concept and make a fully adjustable one but it worked extremely well for what I needed it for and I have not made a better one. If I ever get round to it it will be capable of different diameters etc but I can't see it ever happening as I don't tend to do the kind of work that it would be handy for as it is usually much bigger dia bar I work with.
