I am having exactly the same machine, bought at the same time, leading to the same issues and the same level of frustration. At the moment I am trying to find a technical solution together with the (very polite) support team in Holland (I am located in Austria), but reading the posts here does'nt make me too optimistic …
How did things develop for you since November? Thanks for answering in advance!

sorry its been a while since i looked at this forum.... since my first problems things have worked well. the support from swift cut has been good....
i think alot of the issues i was experiencing was because i didnt have a clue about what i was doing....there's a lot to learn with the software and the subtle nuances of the machine . i had to get very nerdy with forums and youtube videos ..along with daily use (the only way i seem to learn is through my mistakes.)
since then i have managed to master the machine. occasionally there are problems but the tech guys are quick to sort it out.....i have just got my head round setting up box and tube on the table for cutting holes ....so handy... no more drilling!
i cant imagine my workshop without it
