Cardio said for hgv needs to be at 50 %Norm,
Sorry to hear mate. 1.5 years ago I was the same. Had medical for HGV then 3 weeks later in cardio unit with heart at 15%. Lost all licences and took some time to get car licence back. Haven't bothered with HGV yet. After taking the pills and de-stressing, exercise and fresh air now up to 35% +. Feeling good as long as I take notice when getting tired. Still life in the old dog yet.
Listen to the docs, take the meds, rest and gently build up the exercise.
Take care of your self.

Cheers mate but its sorted, well will be in morning country joe is sorting it , a person i dont know and seems thoughly nice guy by our phone conversation nice that you guys are so supportive of like minded people it really is nice ive not been on here for ages for silly reasons but i get helped in hrs sincere thanks all, you really are stars in my eyesNorm, I could go down to bournemouth to collect for you if it isnt already organised , let me know ,I can do friday or sat morning. then along with others from here get it on up to you some hows.
I was told only 40% required, may be worth double checking. Like I said, take the pills, light exercise and healthy food. Try not to get stressed. Hope all goes well for you and you get licence back. I was lucky found soon enough and a job change made a big difference. still found it a bit frightening though.Cardio said for hgv needs to be at 50 %
im just hopin they dont take my car license coz i will be completely stuffed have to work to live n cant work with no license .
Cheers not sure if they will even do the op at mo , the heart guy said anesthetic was not good idea he said it was gonna be an open opp, but I want it done while im awake i think, he did say it needed a mesh and was urgent! I had a strangulated one 30 yrs ago and was a blue light job to hospital , at the moment im holding everthing in with womens support knickers and a hernia belt with a heavy elastic belt with the buckle over the lump strapping it in, but lifting gearboxes engines truck wheels etc on a daily basis doesnt help, i spose but gotta work cant stop, least im still young at 65 i wanna semi retire when my granddaughter is ten , she still just a scan picture at mo ...Sorry to hear about your bad year, I had one of those in 2007, some of the things you suffered are very familiar to me - marriage failing, health issues, engine blowing on the car plus being made redundant. But it's good to see that you're looking on the bright side, I didn't & it put me in a very dark place.
I've also had 3 inguinal hernias in the same place, so I know the pain you are suffering. I got quite good at shoving my intestines back up out of my scrotum to ease the pain while waiting for the operations!
The first 2 operations failed after a few years, on the 3rd one they fitted the mesh, yes the type that is in the media & causing all sorts of problems in some people. In my case it was a success, I can feel where the mesh is, a numb area above my groin but it has prevented any more hernias. When you are talking to your surgeon again you should discuss mesh usage with him.
