There are afew differences. The obvious one is 40amps on the top end. The 160 is good but it's just amps and volts very basic in comparison. The 200 has a digital display with material selection. It also has Q set which is a form of senergic line so you simply set your plate thickness and the rest is left down to the machine. The kemppi 200 and gys pearl also have these super features so the choice is down to preference. I believe the gys has euro connection so that might be the deal clincher.
