I've done it but usually when I end the listing I do it as the item is no longer for sale. I then split the fees with the buyer down the middle so basically reduce the price by another 5%.

i got a reply back.

"ive decided to keep the welder" so id say tornado is right and they dont want to say that they sold it.
id be shocked if they decided to keep it going on everything else they sold.
