Hi,
I have a Cosmo 170 gas/gasless welder which appears to have a very bright green and very sticky substance coming out from around the switch area. Closer inspection revealed that it is leaking from a small green box on the circuit board inside which is then dripping onto the switch making it very difficult to switch on and off. The welder appears to working ok apart from the speed setting which appears to be too fast on the slowest setting but i may have read how to resolve that problem. Could anyone tell me what this green stuff is and should i be looking to replace the circuit board. any help would be much appreciated.
Jon
