Give me a shout when you’re in the market for a new oneNice bit of kit. I've just been on their website looking at the pro versions, they're not cheap, but they're not horrendously expensive either.
I made my own jig table, marked out and broached the holes etc, and it's paid for itself many times over, but it was quite a bit of work as well.
The 16mm hole system is starting to wear a little in the most-used holes. It's only a 20mm plate of s275 MS, and it will need flipped or replaced at some point, now that it's getting daily use.
I'll be going with a 28mm hole system next time... I'm even thinking of getting a sheet of S355J2+N and getting it water-cut and then ream out afterwards... should be fairly cost effective.
If you get it waterjetted it might not even need reaming.Nice bit of kit. I've just been on their website looking at the pro versions, they're not cheap, but they're not horrendously expensive either.

I actually tested this out with a small tabletop for a pipe fitter at work I had water jetted out with 28mm holes, unfortunately came back slightly under size ordered a 28mm hmt reamer and waiting for it to come, so we can finish it off. Will give me an idea of how well the reamer lasts in ideal conditions on the magdrill as well.If you get it waterjetted it might not even need reaming.
It's not that the holes are wearing, it's the material giving around the holes had to flat down a few raised spots already. Probably spreading the load across 28mm hole will fix the problem enough, but I'll price both materials anyway and see if I'm feeling flushS275/S355 is the yield strength of the material, it will make hardly any difference to the wear resistance properties of the material.
I'd love to, and I know you'd do a good price... But I'd have to spend £4k+ to improve on what I already have, lolGive me a shout when you’re in the market for a new one
