I have been asked to make a screen for a customer to go indoors.
They liked this one I made last year.
But are asking if I get a 'brighter' finish. The screen will be lacquered.
I have played about with different finishes for the surface.
I have labelled them with the finish used.
Wire brush was a wire brush on a bench grinder, 'polishing mop' was one of those wheels that go an angle grinder with a mix of abrasive and a felt like surface for stainless steel.
Anybody got any other ideas, I am trying to avoid having to grind the whole surface of the strip.
The flat strip is hot rolled and has been cleaned in citric acid before surface treatment
I am using a mix of 15, 20 and 25x5mm strip.
