Might be pacemaker compatibile?Laser cutter. Welder, de rusting and ray gun
Pretty affordable at $2500.
I like his videos.
This is very impressive. Better for thin stuff obviously but I think laser welding is here to stay.
I had a demo of a hans-g unit and it was just a setting change between welding and ablation (de-rusting), i think it was just a frequency/pulse width change and "scan width" change (basically automatic focus).I wasn't surprised to learn you need a different type of screen for laser welding, though I was very surprised to learn the cost, not cheap if they are dual use, traditional welding and laser.
This one isn't. It's $2500. I have followed Josh de Lisle's channel for a long time. He does some great stuff.i have seen loads of adverts for these "super tools", i always assumed they were a too good to be true scam ?![]()
The one he used was designed for up to 6mm steel. Considering he was using 10mm it did pretty well.I think they are like Plasma cutters used to be ,,, in ten years time they will be middle isle , but until then the cost / benefit ratio has to be very carefully thought about , the ones Ive seen on you tube all seem to be very well cared for and in a clean environment , and hardly ever knocked off a beer keg while working on a rusty land rover , filling gaps etc etc ,,,, but they wont be going away.
Bound to happen but then again a bit difficult to carry around with you...all well and good until people start abusing them.
Do you expect me to talk…....all well and good until people start abusing them.
Honda genset strapped on the back bumper.....Bound to happen but then again a bit difficult to carry around with you![]()
Absolute classic. Bowler hat quicker though
If you don't try, you don't find out.....
