Fuel system for a custom buggy

I wonder if this will help with ideas? HP pump and hoses, Clicky.

It is a system that I took out of a Scimitar and you can see the end of the hoses have reducers (I imagine they are anyway) fitted to come down to the standard 8mm that the fuel rail and return require.

Indeed, as I said - the most important thing is this strainer - a tiny spec of grit will stop the pump dead. Any production efi filter after the pump would be fine.

Yes, I'm considering a pre filter.

Does anyone know if the plastic poly fuel lines are OK to use to bridge between the chassis and any rubber mounted parts? Or be used in places where it will be regularly flexed, eg at the fuel filter?

Not sure what they are made of? Certainly the original lines in the Scimitar are still Ethanol proof and do the job you are looking to do.
