Try printing a Dummy 13 they are a great model and do test the printer on little things.

If the bed adhesion is that excellent you can turn the plate temperature down by 5 or 10 degrees, that should help quite a bit. Some filaments will need slight adjustment.
The Amazon textured plates were slightly less good tha the original but perhaps nust needed some cleaning

I mistakenly did a PETG print last week with bed at 100c. There is a short line of what may end up being permenent small bump of black petg, but I've not tried a metal scraper. Might try a soft metal scraper if fingernail doesnt work.

Smooth should work ok without glue. I've been using the patterned smooth plates, PETG and it sticks well to them. Lots to choose from on amazon, they all come from China and near enough the same - some might not have logos and need build plate detection turned off, which I couldnt really care about.

I'd be interested fo know, does the H2D default to 55 degrees bed for PLA? My brothers A1 sets to 65c. I had some issues at 55 but none above 60c.

Should do but if it doesnt then a liggt dusting of 3Dlac will solve any troubles.

I'm siding with MattF on the glue subject. If a print needs help, I'll turn the temp up and use a zero gap brim.
