"detendeur propane / butane" if they want adjustable pressure "detendeur reglable"
For the cost of them, personally it's not worth the hassle, no the brit ones won't fit, none of the bottle connectors do they're all different here, fit (they're different for welding gases too) and while adapters might exist / fit, why bother, the're only about 20 euros new. Is that worth the bother for that? all that messing about for nothing. You can get them in any big brico type store.

We fitted one of the gas-it (vehicle tanks) to the father in laws campervan, very well made piece of kit, I was impressed.
