Yes lots of debate to be had about the rule book. Gutted as it’s one of my favourite races but glad we are looking like we’re going to finish the weekend with everyone in tact - that would have been carnage.

they never seemed to conclude but presumably he would have been a lap down after that first lap behind the SC. But that’s why I just can’t understand how they’re allowed to recover and repair the car. Still
It would have been cracking watching him come back through the pack.

Even worse the RBIA allowed him back in.

Just abandoned...the biggest issue I have is they can't go fast enough to clear the water with the safety car in front.
They should just allow the lead driver running to a delta to take over to clear the track before picking them back up with the safety car.
