Anyone here been there? I have, last year of the v8s - nice place, nice country. That hill up at Eau Rouge is much steeper than you see it on tv.

I did a trip round Belgium a few years back and spent a night there. Very random hotel/castle we found to stay in where the owner made frequent hunting trips to Scotland (where I was living at the time) so the connection led him to opening up his fine cellar :-)

There was some tin top racing going on - you’re right that hill is quite steep. What took me was the shear size of the track - on the day we left we seemed to be driving “around” it for ages as we winded up trough the hills.

I’d love to go to an F1 weekend there - probably a reasonable chance as wifey could do something chocolate related as a compromise !

Me and my mate cycled around it - I was knacked....
Coming back down to the bottom end, I was shouting at him that this was the old circuit - the Masta kink - he couldn't hear a word, afterwards I explained, not sure he got it even then.

A mix of weather is best, especially when you get a good driver on slicks in the wet. It really shows who the top drivers really are.
