Those things are great I first saw one at my friends about 10 years ago and they used to be £50 or so but so much cheaper now i use mine all the time you can even get one on wheels that you roll around like a broom then just release into a bin

Yes I use mine a lot as well. Brilliant.

I have also bought one of these air duster blowers. Not as powerful as compressed air but awesome all the same. A lot handier if your compressor isnt always connected.

Snap, mine turned up on the 7th Jan, yet to try it out.....

Appears to be much better build than my old one (Evolution).

I purchased from an English supplier many years ago....

I set mine on the mill alongside the horizontal cutter and it pulled a lot of the cast iron chips away as it was cutting.

Such a simple tool but so very useful too.

Put a plastic bag over the wand, when you.ve collected all the swarf turn it inside out over the swarf and switch off the magnet, swarf contained in the bag.

I have two wands (one long one and one short, also the broom) as I have two boys, again one long one and one short(er). This way they have one each and can't get it wrong. Both have filled formal complaints about the operation of these wands, they don't work. They will not pickup alloy or stainless swarf. I have been told to get them fixed as they should be under warranty
