A few days earlier I had to fix the gutters. Got up there ok but must admit it was a bit tricky to actually do anything with the guttering 6 inches from your nose (while leaning back at arms length).
The last thing you want to do is let go of the ladder and of course that's the very first thing you have to do.
Would have made the ladder vertical

the angle of that ladder to climb up is ridiculous been there done it got the teesshirt and balancing acts on the top of step ladders that arent suitably the right height .no longer will I do it and anyone that does is asking for it
a guys house I work at is in hospital with permanent brain damage after falling 6 foot of the top of a step ladder
I got the long aluminium roof ladder given without the wheels and hook .as above just bought one and bolted it to the ladder
Under 10 ft is the worst height to fall as there is no time to right yourself from landing on your head..the angle of that ladder to climb up is ridiculous been there done it got the teesshirt abd balancing acts on the top of step ladders that arent suitably the right height .no longer will I do it and anyone that does is asking for it
