Done and working and still really happy I got my finger out and did it, the ram is still weeping slightly but it only does it on the return so I just put hvb45 in every blue moon. I lift it to just past the height, lower it down to the next hole and walk round and make sure all the claw hooks have engaged properly with the towers so the hooks are carrying the weight rather than the ram (as it was designed to work I think) for peace of mind. I think that's a good habit even if it didnt have a small hydraulic leak. It has the parachute rods installed now and if you open the descent valve too far so it starts to fall too quick they trigger the safety brake mechanism also.How's your ramps doing three years later ?
