Dolphin Glaze is very good. It's runny though so it's self levelling and no good for vertical surfaces. Lechler Spat o Rapid is a very good stopper for pin holes and small areas:

It's not runny if it's in nice nick, it's more like EP2 grease thickness. You can't slab the stuff on like building plaster, but it will skim vertical surfaces no problem.

I think the Americas have a habit of loading stopper on horizontal panels like it's filler so it self levels. It's actually designed to fill small imperfections so should be at home, as said, in a vertical plane

I use upol fantastic all the time , hated working with filler until i used this, its much easier to apply and does not leave pin holes everywhere, sands easier too

When I did some minor repairs to the spare panel set I got for my Honda, I used Evercoat Polyflex. A thin smear would sand back to almost translucent without breaking up and stayed stuck even when you twisted the panels around. I think on the Youtube demo vid I saw they folded a test piece almost double before it cracked. A couple of years on and there's no sign of any cracking on my bike plastics.
No idea what its shelf life is, I've never used it since and I barely touched the contents (the 'tube' is like a bellows, easy to dispense).

I highly rate Evercoat. I use their Slick Sand polyester spray filler. Good stuff. General filling I use Fantastic and stopper Dolphin.

Interesting to know. The upol fantastic arrived, its quite a large bag.
Listed as 1L inc hardener. Packaging "880ml inc hardener".
Will test on some ABS and see if it survives ok.

The bag is going to be a pain to keep in the shed. Should be ok to decant some into a small tin?

I would think so, if you can find one that's genuinely airtight. Let us know how you get on with Fantastic. I wanted to use it on my car restoration but only needed a small amount of filler and was put off by the 3 litre tub size.

Two attempts done. As with paint I'll only be needing a tiny amount at a time and getting the ratio anywhere close by eye is a pain. 2%, well first try might have been 6-8%%, tho it worked. Visibly darker. Second try I used drug dealer scales, 5 grams to 0.09g! (Again put far too much but scooped some out)

Hour later and its still soft and very cloggy on the paper, heat gun not helped.
Had a working time of 5-10minutes, started to get a bit sandy at the end. Im thinking the dolphin may have been better choice.
First try sanded well, but so does my epoxy primer which is not the thickest coat, went through in places. It did a good job filling this line and some small holes.

Dry sanding is a pain, using 400grit and its clogging.. I need some kind of mini orbital sander with dust vacuum. What do people use?
