And they do!! All the B****y time.Mhhh, I have no idea how to get it back to being like it used to, and I def didn't mess about with any settings.
It's doing it on both the tablet and desktop. These things are sent to try us.....

Well, FB haven't deigned to reply to my message [no surprise there] .
Other's I've spoken to seem to have no problem so I've disabled my account for the moment with a view to closing it altogether. I've spent too much time [and money on the odd occasion
] on M/place, not posting anything myself by way of where I am/what I'm doing/who I'm with/what I'm eating etc like some do.

Just to update this. This morning F/book is back to the way it was before I started this thread, although it was the 'unsatisfactory' version at the weekend. 
Maybe they did act on my message, but that seems unlikely as everybody else's was unaffected. Probably an ISP provided glitch? Anyway I'll leave it alone as is for the moment....

Whenever I see something like that for sale on Facebook I assume it's probably robbed too. How does someone end up with a specialised piece of equipment without any clue of what it is

There was a Creality 3D printer in Cheltenham being offered a week or two ago at £120. Just one picture and no description. It was clearly owned by someone who loved it and understood it because it was done up with all the go faster goodies that you could imagine. I asked the seller what model it was. Response was "come and look at it, I need it goone so you can have it for £140". I asked what modifications had been done and got four more photos, but still no description so left it at that. The following week, a message saying "If it is sold today, you can have it for £120". At that point I just said that it was clearly stolen as he knew nothing about it and then blocked him.

It sometimes happens when a person dies, and family selling off shed contents. I helped out a woman and her daughter sell off a load of stuff they had no clue what it was.
