Yesterday I had an email from Evri that said my parcel would be delivered between 10:30am and 12:30pm, it didn't arrive. Another email later to say it had been delivered to address (not mine which is clearly visable on the parcel) photo of parcel and door.
Last night I found their enquiry form, filled it in and talked to a robot or similar in a chat box.
Today I received this reply.....Thank you for getting in touch with your enquiry which you raised on the Evri website via our Digital Assistant. As soon as you submitted your enquiry details it was sent to your local Customer Services team to look into this, rest assured we have it in hand.....
Also today I worked out the address where they had left my parcel, about a mile away from my address and went and collected it from the householder.
I told the householder he may well get another visit from Evri as I had filled in a missing parcel form.
Question is.... Should I inform Evri that I have now got the parcel or since it is their mistake let them continue trying to find my parcel?
