Evri mix up

Two days ago (Hermes) Evri failed to deliver a paecel. The reasons being that there was no-one in and no safe place to leave it.
Today, at 0930, they did deliver. I was not in but assumed that my upstairs neighbours were. I got home at 1430 to find this...

Clearly they found a safe place this time
It's just as well that I live in a nice street.

Oh look another delivery from Evri or whatever name they are hiding behind, cant see anything thats because there is nothing, due last friday and still in transit, had I have know the seller was using this useless bunch of amateurs I would have gone elsewhere

some poor bloke will be waiting for 8 x 50 gallon drums from evry. he will; have a long wait delivered to me and i gave some to scrap man and the rest went to someones alotment i gave them away

Sorry to spoil the ,mainly justified ,rants at Evri i Just have to put a word in on their defence .Arrived home yesterday mid afternoon to find a cardboard carton had been delivered by Evri and put in the wire basket on the gate ment for deliveries . It had been hissing down all day but the delivery driver had placed it in a plastic bag to keep it dry. Brilliant.

Our evri bloke is spot on too…..yahoo round here well thats another storey…..any house with in a 2 mile radius will do!

Evri are doing better than DHL are here at the minute. I ordered an engine stand and some other stuff from SGS at the end of September.

So far SGS have dispatched the same item 4 times, as DHL have managed to fail to deliver it with the other items in the original consignment and then return it to sender. Then damage the second try and return to sender. Then on the third try claim they can't find my house with the Google pin for the postcode on top of it, then loose it (they say the driver nicked it).

SGS have been brilliant throughout, but they might want to stop using DHL. Attempt no 4 was dispatched last night with a diffetent courier, so we'll see how this goes.
