Engineer's workbench, in great vintage condition!

Now this piece was created in the 70's by an esteemed gentleman called "plumber" it's a juxtaposition of nature shown in the timber perfectly framing the man made copper cylindical object lagged in a stinking coat of fibrearse.
It's gained a wonderful patina over the years of stirling service.
You'll also notice it's perfectly balanced aka "standing stones" on the piece of rustic iron pipe thus somehow preventing it falling through my bloody kitchen ceiling!

Now that I have the material, maybe I should clad it in leather...

Somewhere in the garden is a perfectly formed sandcastle I made with my then 3yo with some left over concrete.
He was most impressed and carted it about the garden for weeks.

Apart from the man bun (just a retro-long-haired git) I've been wearing lumberjack shirts for forty-some years and a beard longer than that.

The desk is lovely though...

...and I wasn't disappointed to see those explosion proof industrial lamps. I've got half a dozen similar ones kicking about!

I think you've hit the nail on the head, my missus watches Masterchef and pointed out the "table" to me. It's a pallet with a castor on each corner and a piece of glass on top, I bet I could knock them out for under £100 even with toughened glass. I dread to think what it'd sell for darn sarf.
