Engine rebuild grease and lube

I always used a 50/50 mix STP oil treatment and l preferred 20/50 Duckhams green oil. (That might age me abit).

I have used graphogen mainly on ohc cylinder heads that will sit on the shelf for a while, just so the lub doesn't drain out over time.

If you can prime the oil system without turning the engine over do so.

I've rebuilt a few engines, and I was just taught engine oil.

What's the advantage of your special lube folks?

I just use normal engine oil in a oil can - always have. Engines I build don't sit around at all before we fire them.
