Or you are a large volume seller...lolI found out you can request to have negative feedback removed. If unfairly used! Complete ball ache, I'm hoping the buyer doesn't get his money back.

It makes no difference....ebays refund is triggered on tracking number showing delivered.......they dont care whats in the box.You shouldn't have to but I'd suggest recording serial numbers or putting an identifying mark you can use as proof it was yours, Making it apparent in your listings that it's there to prevent fraudulent returns.
I had an interesting one as a buyer on ebay a little while back. Was after a remote for my amp in the garage so it can stay high up out the way etc, only one on ebay was from china, about £20ish, so went for it. Seller sent me a tracking number which wasnt registered by the supposadly used shipping company, but said it would take 6 weeks...... I made a note in the diary and when it didnt turn up, complained to the seller, who again, gave me a non existant tracking number. No problems thinks I, covered by ebay... so i compained. Ebay asked the seller for p-o-d, which apparently they were able to provide (i eventually got a copy of this, which was just a link to a website which said tracking number xxxxx delivered.) and that was the end of it, didnt get my refund or anything...... I tried to go through paypal (i know theyre the same co as ebay, but supposadly another level of protection) but was refused through there as well.
The REALLY weird part of this story, is about 3 weeks after all of my refund requests were denied etc (so at least three months after it was ordered), a random parcel arrived at work, a remote, which confused the hell out of me. On the upside, it works perfectly, but it showed up some fairly glaring flaws in both ebay and paypals 'buyer protection' rubbish.
These days i tend to mostly use gumtree/facebook and a few forums, but only as a buyer, im not really big on selling stuff..... Something i need to work on really, then theyll be space for new additions!!
I have just had a parcel arrive from China, its some sort of computer adaptor thingy, never order it? Got all my details and phone number on?
There are some real low life's out there.
My bosses wife had a Chinese baby cot mobile turn up at the workshop out of the blue. No one ordered it and it had her name on the packageI have just had a parcel arrive from China, its some sort of computer adaptor thingy, never order it? Got all my details and phone number on?

Seller may have been quoting China Post tracking number and posted by sea mail. I've had this once but the item arrived more quickly than you report.
Its a chance you have to take.........1 in 3 babies are ChineseBet he was,nt very happy

worse when youve already got twoThat’s got to be a bit embarrassing if you’re having triplets!
I spoke with someone the other day when I called them. Email Bat & Ball is a pain in the backside!Ebay is a major pain to sell on so i gave up and trying to talk to a human there is a not going to happen its all done by email so i reckon if a few people took them to small claims court they would not go to court and they would lose, Might make them think about how they do things.
Are you sure it's coming from China.Kinda similar, i was looking for a new dog whistle. One advertised on eBay, £2.98 free postage from Edinburgh. Clicked the button, paid, got the receipt- it’s coming from flipping China! How do they get away with stating it’s in Edinburgh when it’s actually in China? Complained but no reply yet
