I had a run-in with LinkedIn recently. £898 was charged to my account, although it wasn't immediately collected. After much moaning they did sort it out quite quickly, much to my surprise, but I did receive a refund of the unpaid amount which was then charged two days later. Nett effect, I was £898 up for a couple of days.

I am constantly astonished Paypal are allowed to operate the way they do. Answerable to no-one it seems.

yeah ive found they have so really bad policys

cant close your account if its marked for extra info wanted as much as you cant remove the connection to your bank from paypal as you cant close your paypal account

found another way have to go down to bank and change your account number only way to remove all access to paypal from your bank account
