if you chain the welder to it that will stop the pikey running off with it! or better yet chain the car to it!

Put an axle in the middle, some wheels on it and make a nice see saw for the garden till you think what to do with it.

Then... Had a call from the Seller and he's droping it off on Friday aft for the price of the diesel.
...and it gets even better is, it's been used by a printers all it's life so is in immaculate condition, it's cast so webbed underneath. So doesn't weigh so much
