Not just power feed, but rapid retract and linked to the DRO if you've got one, so much better than a normal tailstock. I've been using a bigger lathe at work recently (XYZ clone of a Colchester Mascot I thinkDrilling attachment. So you can drill with the power feed of the cross slide

Notice the lug projecting from the bottom of it. That touches a stop on the saddle, so the axis of the drill bit is aligned with the lathe axis.
