Not just power feed, but rapid retract and linked to the DRO if you've got one, so much better than a normal tailstock. I've been using a bigger lathe at work recently (XYZ clone of a Colchester Mascot I thinkDrilling attachment. So you can drill with the power feed of the cross slide
) and walking to the end of the bed to drag the tailstock up to the work is a chore. The DRO doesn't have a tool library or I'd use a morse taper holder on the toolpost.
