Morning quick question, i need to drill an accurate hole circa 10mm in the centre of a 2mm stainless disc 250mm diameter.
Unfortunately my pillar drill does not have enough clearance, i think its 100mm from the post to allow me to use that, i have tried free hand with tungsten and cobalt bits starting small as well as my step drill but made a hash of it, drill skidding etc...
Any thoughts, it needs to be 100% central as its for a clock mechanism.
Tips and tricks gratefully received.
