If you're not drilling the brake disc but a disc to fit to the brake disc could you drill the hole then cut the outside circle to match the hole.
its the best use the old brown stuff not the red chlorine free its crap. i sometimes dilute it down with a bit of white spirit and you can just put it in a washing up liquid bottle and put a few dabs on the job
Thats an interesting thought! I have one of those, never used it, worth trying on the hardened one and see how it works ie controlability. Thanks.You could go freehand with a burr in a die grinder. Especially as you only have a few and one is already work hardened.
If its gone hard, turn it over and try it from the back.
