white finger ? in that case I'm in the money, I have 8 of them and 2 thumbs, do they countMaybe I could claim for white finger also, coz after testing your theory, I have a tingling in the finger tips. I also have two holes one on either side of my head, maybe I will be able to claim for other thing too, coz when I put the drill back in to test depth, I can't hear on that side !!

So the rationale is how can he be so sure that it's only his work related vibration that is the sole cause of the issue. Vibration is vibration no matter where it comes from. Coupled with his grossly exaggerated time of 30 seconds to drill a hole as per one of my earlier posts and failure to declare an underlying medical condition of CTS. How come his CTS is only affected by his work activity but not similar home activity. CTS does not know if the vibration is from work or home activity.
Also this individual has a NEBOSH Certificate, is the manager of dept and has been trained in conducting risk assessments etc. he realy doesn't have any foundations with this
it's not looking very good for him!
