just got my first proper pillar drill and obviously got to get some accessories.
What can't you do without around the drilling machine

I have a standard record drill vice so far

Lol don't know if you have a keyless/keyed chuck but I ended up tying my chuck key on a piece of string at the back of the pillar, was forever 'putting it down somewhere' before hand.

A vice is a huge requirement.

Cross slide will allow you to centre your workpiece easier than moving the base.

I have g clamps, solo clamps if that's what you meant? Or is there something drill specific you meant?
I have a work light

Problem you MAY have is the height. Unless the press you have has a good gap between the chuck and the table then when you mount that on the table and try to load a drill you may find there is not enough space. I am assuming you have the standard bench top pillar drill ? (as I have) and you will find even the normal drill vice lifts the work up close to chuck such that a standard 8mm plus drill can be struggle to load.

I would suggest drilling a small hole in a golf ball and jam it over the handle of your chuck key. It will give you better leverage to tighten and release drill bits from the chuck. Also, a magnet is handy for holding drill bits, taps, or other small tools near by on the table while doing a job.

Centre punch, if you've not already gone one and a bench grinder to keep your drill points keen. I've known people throw blunt bits away, unaware that they can be reground.
