No.
So the advice is given as a guide to their special needs and questions.
A Fire extinguisher plan can only be done with a site visit.
Not on line
BAFE rules and regulations.
So If a BAFE or FIA member was to give advice in a public forum and a accident accured as a third party folled the advice the BAFE/FIA is going to be in trouble.

On the talk of fire extinguishers...
My current employer doesn't have any as the local fire service said they don't want us fighting fires. They're 2 minutes down the road, So just GTFO of the building was their words

A few questions.
How many staff on site?
How big is the site?
The local fire service can not advice on Fire extinguisher's.
What happens if they are all on a shout and can not attend.
Get out, stay out is very good advise.
To many have ago hero's are now worm food.

Or, as I have seen use the unit to open doors, break windows or similar.

Lad in our workshop wanted to use the ultrasonic cleaner but there wasn't any cleaning fluid in it. He filled it with petrol, dumped his carbs in and switched on. Timer was on for 90 minutes with the fuel boiling and making fumes nicely. The cleaner has a mechanical timer with a switch.
You've guessed it, Timer arcs as it switches off and ignites the fumes. He then managed to set light to the cleaning cloths impregnated with brake cleaner when he thought he could smother the flames with them. Darwin Effect is not nearly a prevalent as it should be.
