No, we paint fiberglass boats in the shed in winter.

I do but based on the overall outside temp. I can feel when it's about right. Like today.....it wasn't hot or cold but just right. I painted the first coat on my vice. View attachment 243665

I don't think people realise just how humid it is in Britain most of the time.
Jotun 87 is designed for harsh conditions. More so than most paints. But they say don't apply over 85% humidity.
Today it's 82% pretty close.

I used to read discussion on the old house forums about humidity. The good ones were 50 to 60 percent and I was up at 80. Bought a different measuring device and I'm at 50 today.
82% is high. You would notice that going inside from outside. Possible for a leaky building, poorly ventilated, and poorly insulated. Or Wales.
